DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Warning. I hired them to remodel my bathroom and bedroom in February 2019 and it was a nightmare. My experience was similar to Wendy R.’s review on here. Tim talks a great game, makes every promise under the sun, but fails to produce professional quality work. He was quick to pick up an $8000 check, even though he said he’d only require 1/2 up front which would have been $6000, but foolishly I gave him more. This seems to be part of his “game”. Excellent job everytime..
We were going to use Mr. Lasater for our bathroom remodel at our home in Richardson. He had been doing my next door neighbor's and the work was good. But now that the work is done, Mr. Lasater has not paid the contractors that did the work, and now my next door neighbor has a lein being filed against their home by a company that Mr. Lasater has not paid. Just a warning, Phoenix Restoration did not pay his contractors and his customers are left months later holding the bag.
