The Restorative Abhyanga massage took self care to a whole new level. I really felt Elisa's calming presence and it was so nice to just be and let someone take care of me. I felt centered and calm throughout and when the massage was over. I will be making this part of a new routine for me.
Elisa’s space is so relaxing- even before she puts her hands on you, you can feel your nervous system beginning to surrender. This is really important for anyone getting a massage. Elisa’s technique is excellent and she does not try to talk to you the entire time, which helps maintain the serenity of the environment. I highly recommend booking a massage at Restoration Bodywork!
Absolutely loved my integrative massage with Elisa! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and helped relieve so much pain and tension in my body! She most definitely has healing hands! Her new space is beautiful and I will absolutely be back for another session! Can’t recommend her enough.
