We woke up one morning to a half inch of water in our basement. I called R1 and they were here within the hour, assessed our situation, and went to work getting the water out, moving furniture and beginning drying operations. Alice and their crew were friendly and communicative and diligent. Excellent to work with. Strongly recommend.

It was the week before Christmas & throughout the house, not creature was strring, not even a mouse! But in basement did we find a mess! Who going to call? 🤔😡☕️📞 RESTORATION 1 OF PUEBLO Mitch & Ron are great communicators & workers! Steve the boss is great also & easy to deal with! I wanted people who have been thru a background & certified Colorado Drivers license holders to do the work! They got the basement dried out so I'm grateful for that, but other than that, don't use them. Don't let the contents team touch your stuff. Do it yourself, or get a moving company. They don't know what they're doing and will mess up your belongings. Find a contractor right from the start too. Their rebuild team will take forever, and you will be stuck with broken windows, and whatever damage caused your flood.
