We recently had a major water leak at home caused by a pipe failure. Robert and Andy’s team did an excellent job restoring the water damage. They were professional and patient throughout the entire process, and clearly explained each step and sharing their experience with the insurance process. Their pricing was also very fair. It was especially helpful during a difficult time.

Stay away from this company. After 3 years you get a surprise bill and 2 trips to there office the person that was suppose to show up never showed. Terrible communication! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!

It was especially helpful during a difficult time since the damage was not covered by insurance.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Restoration 1 Ottawa. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and to assess and remediate the water damage. They worked on our behalf with our insurance company and coordinated efforts to restore our home to its original condition. Would recommend.
