Our new house basement flooded and Jeff responded right away. He and his team handled all our of remediation needs. He answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions. They were extremely thorough and calmed our nerves during this trying time. They professionally repaired our house in a timely manner and gave us a fair honest estimate. They worked with our insurance company and checked status of house everyday and made modifications. Highly recommend!
Restoration 1 did a fantastic job for us on 2 occasions as we were in the process of selling our home. We dealt directly with Jeff (owner) and he was very responsive to all of our calls and requests. Jeff visited our home on several occasions and did a great job a remediating one of the potential mold problems noted by the home inspector. Jeff was very honest and professional from the moment we spoke on the phone until the job was complete. We had to have services during the Covid pandemic and the Restoration One team showed up with full PPE gear. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.
