We had a very unfortunate experience with Rufino, the owner of the Restoration 1. Originally, he helped diagnose & solve a water problem in a closet was quick to ask for a review which we wrote instantly. So, we feel it is appropriate to update our really upsetting experience for the second job we trusted Rufino do that left us out nearly $3,000 with a newborn at home. Amazingly easy to work with and incredibly responsive!
I have to say that "Restoration 1" was the most professional team we have ever hired to do work at our house. We had mold in the attic because of poor ventilation. We hired an insulation company to remove the old insulation and add new insulation. After the insulation was removed "Restoration 1" came in to do the mold remediation. Immediately we noticed that the insulation company did not to a good job removing all the insulation.
