Restoration 1 of East Oakland county exhibits a great emergency service. Jeff was very responsive to my call for a mold inspection at my attic and crawl space. He showed up the next day and spent an hour thoroughly inspecting the suspect areas and providing explanations to me about his observations. He exhibits a great deal of knowledge. I definitely recommend his business to others.

SUPERMEN TO THE RESCUE! April 17, 2019 I called Restoration 1 early last Thursday morning and within an hour the owner, Jeff Stevenson, was in my basement developing a strategy to protect my investments and rectify the damage. His team arrived soon after and the three of them worked like machines to perform what I can say, Was Only a Miracle. My experience with Restoration 1 was OUTSTANDING. I would recommend anyone that requires fast, professional remediation services to call on Jeff Stevenson and his team. My apartment complex in Mt. Pleasant was flooded during the storm of the Century, and when I got on site around 6pm the entire city had been declared a disaster zone. Had basement work done. Jeff worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible. Work was done in a very professional manner. The work crew left the work site very clean. Great experience, just hope I do not have to use them again, but will if needed.

We have used Restoration 1 of East Oakland County for work with our clients and the experience was terrific. The first situation was associated with a broken pipe in a Medical office associated with Ascension Crittenton. Their work was thorough and the service to our client and the tenant to ensure they were pleased was amazing. The second experience was a client of ours that had a flood due to a broken water pipe.
