Love that we could do mold remediation and restoration all with one company! Jeff, Chaz, Rob and the rest of the demo and cleanup team were respectful, professional, and dod a great job.
God awful company that lies about their timelines and quality of work. The crew put an addition hole in the exterior wall and failed to cover it which allowed more water in the house. Once that was complete, we were told the job would be complete in 7-10 days. It’s been 2 months and it is not complete. Will never use again.

Was referred to Restoration 1 by my plumber and am very glad I made the call. They were very prompt getting there (within an hour of when I called) and got right to work. Jeff, Chaz and Rob were very easy to work with and I would not hesitate to make the call again if I ever need it!
Josh and Robert were great to work with. They communicated well as to when they were going to come out and check on the drying of the affected areas. They were flexible with my schedule and cleaned up the debris also. Great company and guys to work with. My first time with this company. Jeff is our project manager and has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the process and answers all of our questions.
