They did a great job. Jeff answered the phone call. clear communication on arrival time. Jeff an Chaz ,Robert came into my house and we’re very professional Took care of the issue
We got back from vacation to a water leak and the restoration 1 mitigation team was SO quick to respond and they were very clear with communication and helped guide us on what we should do. I have never had to deal with something like this before and they were so sweet walking me through what to expect and making sure to communicate with insurance for me. Jeff, Chaz, and Robert S were who we worked with and I could not be happier! HIGHLY recommend!!
When I called restoration one for some mold downstairs, they came over right away and gave me an estimate. They started work the following week. Jeffrey H and Robert H had excellent customer service. they did a thorough but quick work with excellence and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend!
Chaz, Robert and Robert were very kind and professional. I would recommend their company if you need any of this type of work done. They worked quickly and were dedicated to getting it done right. 😊
