We've been very impressed by the professionalism, promptness, and personal touches we've experienced while dealing with Restoration 1 of Birmingham. Let's face it, this is the kind of situation none of us want to deal with—we had a pretty severe leak from the plumbing for an upstairs tub/shower that leaked through the ceiling and into the kitchen below—and it's a call for help that everybody dreads. My family and I had a mold issue. Restoration 1 got out to us in a timely manner. We met Jeff that gave us guidance and how to move forward and he was very good at communication. We had Josh and Rose do the mold remediation and cleanup and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Josh was super communicative and Rose was very experienced and during this stressful time for my wife and kids she was very comforting. These 3 were great to work with and definitely a 10/10 experience for a time like this.
Could not be more pleased with the service that our agency received from Restoration 1. From the quoting process with Jeff, to job completion, it was absolutely seamless. Robert and Joey (the techs) were extremely professional and fully engaged throughout the project.
