We've had a wonderful, first experience with Restoration 1! We called Servpro first since we had used them in the past, but couldn't even get an appointment scheduled. We decided to then go with a local company and chose Restoration 1. Jeff Heflin was the project manager and he was on site within a hour and a half. The service was top-notch, 5 stars across the board from the initial phone call to the final walk-through and clean-up. I had an emergency water leak on memorial day. I called Restoration One and spoke with Chad who said they could get someone out my way in about 2 hours which I thought was good for a holiday.
