This is a 10 star review. I can't say enough about R1! What started out as a dream has finally come to completion. We started working with Lance on our new spa about a year ago. As we ran into problems with an out of state architect Lance immediately helped us start finding solutions. Unfortunately because of these design issues Lance and his amazing team had less than 3 months to complete our build out, but he has gotten it done! When I discovered I had a broken water supply line & one inch of water in 3 rooms I called R1 at 12:30 AM. Antonio and Mitchell arrived at 1:30AM and worked for 2 hours removing as much water as possible. They returned at noon and set up mitigation equipment. They monitored moisture levels for 2 1/2 weeks until they felt everything was dry enough for equipment to be removed. I am a 72 year old widow and knew nothing of this process.
