In my opinion, my experience with Restoration 1 has been extremely frustrating. Not only have they refused to provide a requested bill, but their billing department has been unhelpful and outright rude when I have tried to resolve the issue. Communication has been a nightmare—I continue to receive emails and texts about an amount that has already been paid in full.
