Per my discharge papers at Reston Hospital (referral) and primary care doctor request, I made an appointment so as to get clearance to drive/work again after a stroke...I did not even make it to the evaluation part as i was directed to go to driving school...This was not in my discharge papers nor brought out by my doctor...Upon further view, I just seem to need an OK from primary care doctor-no driving school...An evaluation would have been appropriate,etc...
