I had an excellent experience at this surgery center. The staff was professional, kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The center was clean, efficient and well organized. I highly recommend this facility.
Reston hospital so disappointed again. I write review before about their ER they keep misdiagnosed my daughter. She saw three different doctors. I had to take her somewhere else they found out she had Crohn’s disease. Her inflammation got worst my daughter had to do surgery. Unfortunately the doctor does surgery at Reston Hospital. My daughter did her surgery on January 11. Her recovery room was 4th floor. She had female nurse and male nurse practitioner. My daughter had catheter. RN Teresa, she's wearing a Mother and Baby pink stork coat, thank you for helping/guiding me and my nervous husband find the valet parking. Lydia in the pre op was so kind and professional and Sue RN great bedside manners and professionalism. Thank you ladies 😊 HCA should hold on to you!
I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months for scheduled surgeries for my mom and the nurses, in particular, are stellar. They take the time to explain what they are doing, are thorough, and gentle. My mom especially appreciated the warm blankets they supply her with because she is easily chilled.
