Dr. Pernia is so professional. She is kind and really great at what she does. She always explains things thoroughly and makes sure you know what her next steps are. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for a great dentist, this is the place to come.
Great/Friendly team and the best dentist I’ve ever been to in all my decades. This group also creates a welcoming environment and make what could be an unpleasant experience (going to the dentist) very pleasant. They also have the latest tech and are extremely knowledgeable beyond your most comprehensive question(s) in Dentistry - I recommend them to all.
BEWARE. These people will tell you that you're covered for services when you aren't. Story below. Jan 1 2025, new dental plan through my employer that covered my husband and I. Husband goes for a standard checkup - dental cleaning, xrays etc. Nothing exotic - just an annual check. He presented his new insurance that morning and the person who checks insurance told him "you have great insurance". The most friendly staff and they really work to do their best work all of the time. Highly recommend if you need a new dentist in the Reston/Herndon area!
Another positive experience. The staff is always pleasurable, efficient, and respectful. The Doctor is very good, I required several procedures and each time she has done an excellent job. She is always checking to ensure the pain is minimal, or non-existent. The resultant work is top notch. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other Dentists, and I am so happy I finally found one that has gained my confidence and performs such excellent work.
