I hired this company for my wedding in May. Things started off smoothly, but the experience on the actual day was extremely disappointing. Sam drove my family around for my dad’s funeral on one of the hottest days of the year. He helped my mother who is in a wheelchair in and out of the van numerous times in the sweltering heat, and never asked for or needed any help. He even provided us with cold water throughout the day to make sure we stayed hydrated and comfortable. We received five star service throughout a very trying time. Sam allowed us to focus on our family and not have to worry about anything during our trips with him.
We used Reston Limousine for a family burial service at Arlington National Cemetery. The driver, Daniel, was prompt, friendly and professional, and his knowledge of the Cemetery and and local roads was very helpful.
