I'm unimpressed A Reston Glass tech damaged some aluminum trim while replacing the pane of glass in a door. Reston Glass offered to repair the damage but when sourcing a match became too difficult, they disappeared. I worked with Todd Rinker directly who seemed competent but now he's ducking my calls and not responding to email. I suggest others use a more reliable company. When an install goes smoothly, anyone can do it for you but its how it handles a problem that really reflects a company's quality. I'm unimpressed.
