Horrible company buyer beware. We used Kramer to install a pool and stamped concrete pool deck. When they finished there were scratches in the fiberglass pool and damage to the concrete. We attempted for over a year to work with them to get the damages fixed. Once they were bought out by Reston no one would contact us or answer the phone. We hired an attorney to attempt contact still nothing. This company has lawsuits against them that they don’t show up to hearings or acknowledge. I wouldn’t do business with them.
Terrible company. Buys out smaller companies and runs them to the ground. Doesn’t pay their employees and doesn’t give them the funds in order to do the jobs they need to do. Some of their employees are waiting on paychecks from November!!! The owners arent worried though because they are still going on vacations and making sure their own bills are paid! Disgusting company!
Left me with a $17000 mechanics lien on my home because they didnt pay their sub contractors. Didnt finish the job. Beware.
Reston apparently now owns Kramer Pools, who we contracted with to install a pool. Despite a contract and making all payments, Kramer/Reston didn’t finish the pool and their employees told us it’s because they can’t afford to buy the products needed to finish. This seemed to be true because one of Kramer’s creditors contacted us, saying Kramer owes them money. Kramer (now Reston) was very attentive as they were going through the process of installing our pool. And their landscape crew (Cru Cutters) was fantastic - I would use them again for any landscape work. But once they had all of my money and the project was done, it went downhill. The "pool college" is a joke. They quickly showed me the equipment, but I didn't have any understanding of the maintenance involved.
