I have had so many different procedures on my face over the years, without the results I was looking for. I’m impressed that Melissa explained to me, in simple terms, my treatment, without confusing names of procedures being offered elsewhere. Also, on a personal level, the entire office staff are so down to earth, without the snobbish bullshit you get everywhere else.
