We called on a Saturday afternoon because we had a plumbing issues that flooded an era in our house. Rhett came out and did an initial scan of our floors and directed us on the next steps to take to try and save us from having to make an insurance claim. He came back 3 days later and rechecked the floors and surprisingly he said we did a great job on saving the floors! Direct and honest is what we were looking for and that is exactly what we got. Great company with great representation! Thank you so much for the help Rhett.
