Terrible customer service once you buy the plot, headstone, and vase. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. When you call to complain that the grounds keeper cuts the grass and leaves headstones covered in grass....the response from Mike in the office was, I can put a work order in. I couldn t believe you have to put a work order in to use a blower. Isn t this part of their job to make sure after they cut the lawn to blow the grass off the headstones? Or do all cemeteries leave the headstones covered in drying grass.... read more

my experence with restlawn was very good ,but could not get any one on line on the weekends they should have some one there at all time just to answer the phone or have the phone transfer, thats all every thing else (GOOD)
