Losing our family dog, Titan, right before Christmas was one of the hardest things our family has gone through. The lady that helped us today with our Penny was very kind,compassionate and understanding.She did not rush us at all in saying good bye. She was very helpful in explaining the different packages and things. I would and will recommend them to friends and other family members in the future if in need.
