I spent years trying to find the right pillow for the severe pain in my neck and shoulders. After a consultation with the owner Chris, he was able to recommend the perfect pillow that met my needs. My issues were quite specific and rare—no matter how many therapy sessions I went to, the pain would return the next day. We just had one of the best retail experiences we’ve had in Victoria in a very long time. The owner Chris warmly greeted us and took the time to ask my wife all of the questions so that he could provide some solutions! He provided demonstrations on how to use their products and took the time to ensure the right fit was achieved. I have neck and back issues, and wanted to see what Resthouse would recommend. They were very thorough, checking out how I sleep and my body positioning, and recommended a body pillow and a latex pillow. I wouldn't really have considered latex before finding out it's an all natural biodegradable product as it's directly from the rubber tree without additional chemicals or processing done to it. Ordered a custom pine bed frame. Process was extremely easy and good value. Staff were kind and professional wherever possible. Richard and Connor were personable and very efficient when delivering. Overall 10/10 purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from RH again.
