Well, here's the deal. For YEARS I have fought with pillows and have likely spent thousands over that time on "super cool" or "ultra cool comfort" and a purple pillow most recently...JUNK. Chris took the time to walk me through various options while also explaining the differences between mattresses and the reason that my shoulders hurt when I wake! I don't think I've ever had such a clear understanding of the relationship between how my current mattress affects my previous sports injuries; Chris is warm, approachable and an expert in his field.
