This is absolutely unacceptable!My grandparents and uncle deserve better!We have had several family members complain about this and we have yet to see any action taken.Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy and this doesn’t make the healing process any easier. Graves are meant to be treated with respect and this is far from it! My father died in March 19 2019 and ive placed several phone calls, emails and gone in person because here it is 2/2/ 2020 and his year of death still has not been put on his marker. This is ridiculous and Im tired of the sane excuses!

My brother and I visited my parents grave sites in August. We took with us a cousin who had not seen the family in forty years. Because the weather was warm, we were wearing sandals. We had a difficult time walking through the grass because there were so many pricker weeds. The weeds were so long that they were actually pricking our feet above the soles of our shoes. On December 26, 2018 a news crew from Fox News WJW channel 8 in Cleveland filmed at Resthaven showing the deterioration and lack of care and maintenance at the cemetery. Headstones were submerged under water because of inadequate drainage systems. Because my parents are buried there this was of great concern to me even though I no longer live in Ohio. But doesn't even deserve 1 star! My mother was buried there in 1989. Her grave is not sinking or something. It is often covered in water and they don't mow or keep the grass up. The lawn is filled with weeds and the place looks neglected. What do people do when a cemetery begins to go to seed like this. I am so sorry that my mom is buried there.

We have been waiting for almost 5 months for the cemetery to place my father's date of death on his headstone. After this long, unnecessary negligence, they finally placed a date of death on the headstone. BUT, the date of death was placed next to my mother's name. HORRIBLE.
