When signing up with Resthaven they were very prompt to assess my mother for home care. However disappointed in the lack of consideration when asking for visits to changed to a more convenient time or day. After the fourth time of ringing, all I received was I don't know, I don't know as an answer. With the government promoting the elderly to stay in there homes for longer, this is not acceptable.
