I had an overnight procedure done here, and was very anxious and skeptical about going. Right from the start, nurse Kristine made me comfortable. She was able to calm my nerves and because of her kindness and understanding, I was actually able to fall asleep. Kristine went above and beyond for not only me, but for the 3 of us that were there. Absolutely horrible staff. If you want to further worsen your sleep disorder, this is the place to go. I had a horrific experience as the staff was extremely rude, condescending arrogant and extremely self-absorbed, and not caring about the customer. They literally stood over me and verbally assaulted me in their tone and their lack of professionalism. They Also said the batteries might die On the sleep study equipmentand not to worry About it, as they most likely would last for the 4 or 6 hours. They then tell me that the d... read more
I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. I had done an overnight sleep study 7 years prior. I felt this one was much more comprehensive. The whole procedure was very professional. The facility is clean and I actually slept pretty well considering.
I did a overnight sleep study. The first thing I noticed no odor and everything was clean. I will admit being nervous at first. But when Nurse Julie walked in with a positive additude and took the time to explain the procedure. I was good. Julie I can't thank you enough for that positive experience. Not to mention you being so patient with me and all your help. Larry
I just currently had a sleep study. Didn't know what to expect . The nurse Julie Was very nice and informative. The environment. Was fantastic, just felt very comfortable. I was really pleased how professional everything was with that kind of appointment. I would recommend this place if they're going to have a sleep study, 100%. Thank you Julie Dean.
