After a nightmare experience at another shop, the kindness and gentle manner of Jan at Restful Night Inc is amazing. Even tho I hadn't purchased my CPAP machine through them, she took the time to go over everything about my machine (I learned things I had never been told when I purchased it) and adjusted the settings so that I could actually sleep with the machine. I immediately felt comfortable, any concerns I had going in eased, they treated my situation with the urgency it needed and I think quite literally saved my life. Jan and Trish are amazing humans. The change in how I feel in my daily life is still unbelievable to me.
Such a warm, welcoming environment and the staff are always so friendly, professional, and they know their stuff! They've been so good to me in helping me with everything I need. Thank you to all the girls, I appreciate all of you, they're truly the best.
