I can't say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment you walk in, you're met with compassion and care. Trish and her team made the whole process easy, from your at-home sleep study to ENT referrals and starting your CPAP therapy. They're there every step of the way to guide you and make sure you find the best solutions, and they keep up that same level of care during follow-up consultations. If you are looking for a clinic that cares, make the phone call, you won't regret it.
My visits were informative, and I left with better knowledge about myself and my condition. The ladies at Restful Night are more than helpful and very personable. Thank you for educating and supporting me through this journey.

I went in with a family member who had an appointment and after hearing the questions they asked I booked an appointment. I found out I do have sleep apnea and Jan and Trish have been wonderful helping me get used to the equipment I needed. Trish is very compassionate and is helping my family who are also dealing with the same apnea issues. I feel so much better and have found some of my health issues aren't as bad as they were before. Thankyou Trish for helping us .
I highly recommend Restful Night, New Glasgow, NS. The process used to test for sleep apnea was very easy and quick. The sleep apnea machine I got from Restful Sleep was state of the art and reduced my sleep apnea events to near zero. I am working with Trish now and she has been incredible throughout the whole process.
