I had to give one star, otherwise it’d be zero. They don’t answer the phone or emails. They lose emails, lost other information of mine. And contact is only through their idiot reception team you cannot contact a provider directly and they don’t always forward it along accordingly. They patient push to make money so you’re in and out and you don’t have any time to ask questions before you’re kicked off. My provider wouldn’t send meds to the pharmacy, randomly picked a new pharmacy to send me them to once, date them wrong etc... read more

I've been seeing Marilynne for years now. She is, and has always been wonderful. The business itself is very accommodating. ERA: I have referred several people to them over the years, family & coworkers. All continue to see their providers to this day. The Rested Mind has a wonderful staff!

Once again when you call the answering machine says they are on vacation! Tells you to leave a message but then it cuts you off. I’ve been trying to get through to them for a week!!!

I like Marilyn the doctor who I see. She’s been great for years. She is the only reason I continue to use this practice. However, the office at this place is absolutely horrible. They have the worst secretary staff anyone could imagine. There are countless examples over the years but I’ll just leave the most recent… after my last appointment with Marilyn I had called the office and scheduled my next appointment. The secretary on the phone who scheduled it, failed to actually enter it into the computer. This is not the first ... read more
