We were a group of 4 people planning to come here tonight. Around 8:00 PM, Google showed that the place was still open, so I called several times to confirm, but nobody answered the phone. We decided to drive there anyway, and when we arrived, we were told that it was already closed. It was very disappointing and a waste of time. If the business is closed, the hours on Google should be updated and calls should be answered so customers know before making the trip.

Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming service. I was refused service and told they wouldn't take my order because it didn't meet a "minimum requirement." However, there is absolutely nowhere on their menu, sign, or website stating that you have to order in bulk just to get food here. If a business enforces a strict bulk-order or minimum-purchase policy, it needs to be clearly communicated to customers beforehand, not sprung on them at the counter. Incredibly poor customer service, I won't be back.

Very unprofessional. I had called earlier to make sure they had the beef Kabab and they said it’s available. Drove 1 hour to be told that they wouldn’t light up the charcoal for one order. I would need to order a minimum of 4. They could have told me this over the phone and saved me 2 hours of commute. The person was also chatting away on the phone and seemed unbothered

As someone with a Bengali background, this is the only restaurant in Montreal that I’ve found to serve truly authentic Bengali cuisine. My parents, who are from Bangladesh, both agree that it’s the closest they’ve experienced to the food back home. I have been going/ordering from here for over 5 years now and will continue to do so.
