Working with Keith was the worst experience in my profession career of over 30 years. As my agent he didn’t listen to my requests and talked back to me with disrespect. I find him incompetent and just looking for a quick close causing his clients financial loss. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent who actually wants the best for his clients. In addition, he never responses on time and doesn’t have time to tour the restaurants he is responsible to sell. He is unprofessional and dishonest.

Dan Baker, Restaurant Reality, is a true professional as he represented both seller and buyer (myself) in the business purchase and type 42 license transfer. We just finished working with Restaurant Realty on the sale of our business and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We worked with Dan Baker for close to 6 months and he went above and beyond for us. There were quite a few twists and turns throughout the process and Dan handled every bump in the road with complete professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable and so good at what he does.
