Words can’t begin to describe the quality of Parapluie. My girlfriend and I both work in the hospitality industry and chose to come here for our final night in Montreal. Everything exceeded expectations far beyond what we had already heard. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming right as we arrived. The food was impeccable. We have had our fair share of great restaurants to dine at, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. If you are in Montreal, this is an absolute must!
Fabulous. The scallops and trout were to die for. Found the lobster to be underwhelming for a dish that they’re famous for, but everything else was truly so unique, delicious and exceptional. Amazing that only two chefs handle everything in the kitchen. Accommodated gluten-free no problem - almost everything on the menu was gluten free.
Très belle expérience au parapluie. Nous étions au bar avec vu sur la cuisine et la préparation des plats. Efficace! La nourriture est remarquable particulèrement le crudo de pétoncles et les concombres avec huitres. Service attentif.
