An amazing experience for Indian food. The chef Tushar has done an amazing job cultivating an elevated experience for Indian food. Thoroughly satisfied and impressed. An explosion of flavours. Kabir was also amazing and knew exactly what we needed! Highly recommend thank you!
Absolutely one of the best meals we had in a very long time! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were attentive, friendly and guided us through the meal. We opted for the “let us cook for you” option - 7 or 8 smaller (but plenty!) dishes of their choice. Every dish was incredible, full of flavour and described and explained each time. We were able to watch from the chefs counter seats, which was also a cool experience. Loved it - beautiful restaurant too.
Ammakase tasting menu was a (mostly) total miss, and the service was bad. I hope I save you some money. Among the issues- - no breads at all, of any kind, during an entire $150+ Indian tasting menu - lamb was not good - not charred or smoky at all despite the description - pork coppa dish and the curry were bad - brown rice provided was not tasty - portion sizes were pretty small My wife refused to eat the meat courses - they just didn’t taste appetizing A couple ate the normal menu next to us, which looked pretty good. Very disappointed with my experience. The staff had a rude attitude and were not welcoming. The food was overpriced for the quality, and it did not taste like authentic Indian food. There are much better places offering better service, more authentic flavors, and better value for money. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
