They charged $88 to my credit card without permission for a lift gate I NEVER requested and was NEVER notified about. Their own policy says they’ll contact you before billing extra freight charges—they didn’t. When I called customer service, they told me they can bill my card anytime they want without notifying me. They took over 6 months to receive the products. One of the seats was ripped and they tacked on a $140 fee for using a lift gate during the delivery which was never disclosed or discussed during the purchasing process. Horrible customer service, horrible products, misleading pricing on their website. They ripped off a hospice home and should be ashamed. Buyer beware.
Do not order from this business. The items on their website is not what you receive. Deceiving business practices. Customer service is no help.
RestaurantFurniture.net does not honor their price match guaranty. When presented with a invoice including lowers prices from AffordableSeating.com, Juliana said no, we are the same company. I later tried to order from AffordableSeating.com, the sales manager cancelled the order saying they refuse to do business with me. RestaurantFurniture.net believes it is OK to cheat customers but when caught, they refuse to meet their own promises.
I would not even give this business one star but I had to in order to post. I work for a Fortune 50 company and I have never experienced such awful customer service. First I ordered 2 tables (not a big order) the delivery was suppose to be 3-4 weeks, it took 8 weeks. Second, one of the two tables did not come with the base (probably $50 cost) which makes it useless until we get base.
