I recently ordered an accessory for a kitchen appliance from REW. It arrived missing a key part. I contacted customer service, who, after checking into this, informed me there was nothing they could do. Basically, the message was, "Too bad. Too sad." No. 6 in REW's guarantees to its customers is, "Honesty and Integrity - Always being open and honest with all." Sorry, but REW doesn't live up to that "guarantee." You can call me one very disappointed customer. I advise shoppers to take your business elsewhere.
