Been owner/manager of my food service business for 38 years. Called them a year ago to fix my convection oven. The problem was complex but their technician, Brian, was vigilant. I dropped off a commercial microwave over 3 weeks ago. Get a call today, they can’t fix it due to the parts no longer being sold. But I owe $238 for the diagnostic in order to get my microwave back. I really don’t care about that it’s the principle we weren’t told about the diagnostic cost before hand. I’ve called multiple places and they all told me her price was outrageous. $119 per hour and it took two hours for them to figure out they can’t fix it?! Couldn't get anyone to change the thermocouple on one of my ovens. I called them and they squeezed me in the same day. Brian was super informative and really nice. I plan on calling them next time something is out of my scope of repair!
