I was very impressed immediately upon entering a clean facility and being welcome by two professional employees displaying sincerity in helping customers. Their positive attitudes the entire time I was inside the store confirmed my future return for needed items and sharing the store's information with others; great employees are reflections of management. Manager "Ortiz" is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Avoid this location if you can. As a day pass member, I understand all sales are final, which is why I simply asked to check a box of eggs for breakage. Instead of helping, the manager, Ortiz, raised his voice, told us we weren't allowed, and said his decision was final because he was "the boss."
