Service was great
Why has the staff here gotten extremely rude in the last couple of months. When I say rude I am being nice someone definitely needs to bring some customer service back because there is none. And dont call yourself asking for help they dont do that.
Large member-only restaurant food and supply retailer. Warehouse format. Very busy. Often a wait to checkout.
I have been to the Chambers Hill location several times. The staff is extremely unhelpful, especially if you need product that is not in the case and there is litsrally no one to ask for help. Everyone is busy when you approach them. The women at the entrance desk is not friendly and seemed put out that I was asking for membership credentials on my first visit, even though I had all the necessary information with me.
