Her customer service was exceptional, she was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the products, offered great suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience pleasant and easy. Really a bed experience in the fish department. 1.Please show people over there how to listen and treat the customers. 2. Please don't sell the fish in the bags. I want to choose them by size, by quantity and to check if they are fresh or not as we do in every fish store. Thank you for understanding or not... Jim
