I had a horrific incident on day 15th June 2025 at around Noon. I was aghast by the behavior of the employee of Restaurant Depot. He is unfortunately the Manager of the The store at Milford, MA. His name is Josh. I went to return some stuff that I had purchased 3 days back that did not contain the items that were supposed to be in the box. I purchase that item often. But the box this time was missing the empty boxes it has. It had only lids and I wanted to return those boxes that was missing the lower part of the empty tubs ... read more
Prices good, employees are good people but logistically it's the worst run place I've ever seen. Waited over an hour for them to figure out where a product was in their overhead storage. Apparently they have no system for tracking these things so five guys just walked around with their eyes to the sky. Dropped five pallets, all the wrong ones. Whoever is in charge of this has no idea what they're doing. If I could go 2.5, I would. The employees don't deserve it but logistics sure does.
