Horrible customer service. Huge ego problem. **Owner instead of commenting to email you concerning this, why don't you handle this yourself with your dismissive staff members. It's clearly been a problem for some time now..

I got there 2:57 pm on a Sunday and the entrance door was closed. When I saw a customer walked out of the exit door I was able to get in. Greeted by 2 employees I told them I just needed 1 can of oyster sauce and I knew exactly where it is, almost in the front. There was still people checking out. Faces on employees was not pleasant probably long day. Refused entry. If it’s service business that they have to spend time on I understand. They still provide great products.

Repeated pricing discrepancies at Restaurant depot in Boynton Beach. Fresh salmon was clearly advertised one price, but I was charged a way higher price at checkout. This isn’t the first time, it’s happened multiple times, especially in the fish market section.

I needed several pizza boxes and couldn't find them on the shelf. I went to the cashier and asked the attendant, who didn't help me. She told me to ask another woman in the checkout area, who in turn didn't want to check if the pizza boxes were there. Then she told me to ask the manager, but nobody told me where he was. The forklift operators helped me find the boxes; they promptly located them and brought them to me.
