I had a great first customer experience thanks to Abby
I love how the front end team is trying their best while being very short staff. I remember on on accession the front end manager had two cashier called out. She keep calling for back up and no one came. She had the front desk lady help here watch the door while she tackle the line by her self. There is never a time I don't see her smiling and being kind.
