I went in for a simple order. Most of the items I was looking for were either out of stock or high up on a shelf. I asked for assistance with one of the items and waited for 22 min and nobody showed up to lower the items I requested so I had to cancel the order and leave their laziness literally cost me money. I basically stood in a freezer for 30 min for nothing
Get what you need and leave. They arent winning any awards for customer service, thats for sure. Yeesh.
