I got meat that shows $5.45/lbs and at the checkout one of the cashier said the meat is $10,…/lb so we told her we don’t want it because we saw the price was good that’s why we took it. We told them at the checkout that, next time they should honor the price that shows instead of charging the customer whatever they want because that’s false advertisement, then this white old lady started arguing with us that we can’t tell her what to do, that we ain’t nobody to talk to her like that. The Restaurant Depot is sort of sad if you ask me. Staff members don't seem to want to help customers when they ask. And they were out of stock on everything and no one can tell me when I could receive the items I requested. Actually heard an employee after I asked for her assistance, complain about her job duties at the front desk and made a dash out of the area encouraging another employee to take over.
Whoever the guy that work at the customer service desk today September 27th 12:20pmwas so rude. Try to call to ask for for bacon price and availability. He was talking with someone else there I heard he said he on the phone with me right now and he dont know what im talking about. . Try to call back. Put on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer.
