Drivers, truckers. You can park in the street overnight. Don't expect to get a dock before your appointment time, I was first to turn in paperwork yet 6 trucks went ahead of me. It would of been 5 stars but they lost my BOLs. And by they I mean the short guy. Take a picture of your BOLs before you turn them in. Apparently it's not the first time this has happened, store management wasn't happy. I'm late to my next pickup. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I said "excuse me" to a young black kid working here (short, tight braids). He literally ignored me FOUR times while I was 6ft away from him. He finally acknowledged me then told me to "look around" for the item I needed. Please fire this kid. This is 1* service, bottom tier. 3* because other staff were generally friendly and helpful. 12:30pm-1:30pm 8/7/25.
