Been in the restaurant business for years(1972). Their prices are good on some, average on others. Found their quality again, good on most items but it does have some mediocre products. As with buying from anywhere, you have to know how to shop.

it's a wonderful place to goto.
As long as you never have to speak to anyone that works there or are available during the middle of the day (because their hours of operation stink), you can get some mediocre stuff. I would only go there if you absolutely have to. There are plenty of locally owned business that can provide you with higher quality of service and goods. If you are accustomed to your food coming off of a Sysco truck, then you will likely find this place fine.
