I’ve ordered online from Restaurant Depot several times, but the last couple of experiences have been completely unacceptable. Despite placing my orders a full day in advance and arriving at the scheduled pickup time, I still had to wait nearly an hour because the order hadn’t even been prepared yet. That defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the prices for online orders are noticeably higher than if you shop in-store yourself. I am truck driver for 10+, I never delivered in place like that! I was there for delivery on 11/24/2025 in the morning. The attendant (check in) is extremely nervous person, they treat me disrespectful. I made some questions about the load and he responded lauded in the first time, and I have another question and he lost the control talking TO LAUGH in extremely nervous and his boss just watching that happens and doing nothing. JETRO…. That person is in “Out of Control” Please watch his attitude that is NOT normal.
