Me and wife have never had a good experience here until yesterday. Everytime we come in, staff (managers specifically) are RUDE. It seems they don’t do anything but talk and complain. Yesterday when we came in, I approached this lovely but intimidating lady named Ronda, I thought it was going to be another spicy worker, Surprisingly she was very sweet and accommodating, she didn’t yell at us, rush us, roll her eyes at us, ALL she did was help us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They need more carts, though.
Great products, very bad experience with employees. They feel like if you ask for a product, they are doing you a favor or giving things for free maybe such a bad attitude. As a business owner I don’t recommend you to make your orders online.
