I am truck driver for 10+, I never delivered in place like that! I was there for delivery on 11/24/2025 in the morning. The attendant (check in) is extremely nervous person, they treat me disrespectful. I made some questions about the load and he responded lauded in the first time, and I have another question and he lost the control talking TO LAUGH in extremely nervous and his boss just watching that happens and doing nothing. JETRO…. That person is in “Out of Control” Please watch his attitude that is NOT normal.
Me and wife have never had a good experience here until yesterday. Everytime we come in, staff (managers specifically) are RUDE. It seems they don’t do anything but talk and complain. Yesterday when we came in, I approached this lovely but intimidating lady named Ronda, I thought it was going to be another spicy worker, Surprisingly she was very sweet and accommodating, she didn’t yell at us, rush us, roll her eyes at us, ALL she did was help us.
