2/2025: Customer service did improve. They're more helpful and actually seem like they care. It's a big improvement. 9/3/23: I had to revise my review and rating. I went to the other restaurant depot on 13th. They treat you so much better. The customer service is on point. They're helpful and make the process easier to get in and out. Always a pleasure to deliver here. Staff is friendly and accommodating. There is room to park and be out of the way. They have a phone number posted for check in but if you arrive early when they are out delivering paperwork they'll stop and get yours and schedule you in for delivery. Super nice guys.
