Always clean and organized! Cashiers are always kind even when it's busy
Only one or two registers are open, and people need to wait for 30 minute in line. Just awful.
I have been to multiple restaurant depot and I assure you this is place is the worst. Slowest checkout ever and employees would rather joke around with each other than to assist customers.
Terrible Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Restaurant Depot. I went to correct an incorrect charge, but instead of helping, the manager and receptionist were rude and unwilling to assist. They claimed the refund period had passed, even though I wasn’t asking for a refund—I just wanted them to fix their mistake. As a business owner, I find this unacceptable. Customers should feel valued, not dismissed.
