I attempted calling the store to ask a quick question this morning, and ended up trying 10 separate times. 5 of the 10 times, I heard someone pick up the phone, heard employees talking to one another, and then they simply hung up the phone on me. The other 5 times, I let the phone ring and was eventually disconnected. There was no automated call screening or opportunity to leave a message. This was my first experience with Restaurant Depot.

Most of the time ,we get charged wrong amount. To return and fix the situation is more headaches. Decided to leave even if paid more. To process the situation takes more time.

I own 2 restaurants in East Cobb so this store is very convenient for me, I spend over $1000 per week... but each time I come to the store the employees are more interested in talking to each other than attending the customers Today I came to the store to return an Item and there was a young girl and an older lady at the counter and they were talking to this other employee for a very long time and the younger helped me only when she finish talking to her co-worker I couldn't help to listen to how much fun they had on their d... read more

I would like to buy 2 boxes of Angus beef. However, they always place the beef on very high shelves, out of my reach. When I asked their staff to help me get it down, their attitude was extremely poor, and they were unwilling to assist me. The service quality is really bad. If you don’t want to help, then at least place the beef in a lower position.
