Nous mangeons régulièrement du shish taouk malgré que mon fils soit allergique au hummus. Mon mari a averti la dame que mon fis était allergique aux sésames et de ne pas mettre de hummus dans son sandwich. Celle-ci à utiliser la même cuillère pour le hummus et la sauce à l'ail!!! Celui-ci s'en ai rendu compte par la suite. Sérieusement, même les gens qui ne sont pas en restauration savent que l'on doit utiliser des cuillères différentes pour les différents ingrédients.
