I’m an Uber Eats driver, and today I came to pick up an order from Boustan on Saint-Jacques. I drove about 10 minutes from Lachine to get here, and when I arrived, I was told the order would take 8–10 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting almost 35 minutes before receiving it. There was another driver waiting before me as well, so I’m not sure why the orders were so delayed.
