I ordered lunch from Boustan through Uber Eats app and shortly after received a call from the restaurant saying they couldn’t provide one of the items I ordered (soup) because they wouldn’t be getting their food delivery until the next day. They offered a salad instead, which I declined, and I asked for a refund. The person on the phone advised me to cancel the order in the app to receive my refund.
