I am very disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant - I am not from Travelers Rest but am coming to the area for my wedding day and planned a special and memorable rehearsal dinner at Restaurant 17 - I planned my entire day around their availability and made my reservation for a party of 5 over one month in advance - just 10 days before my event and reservation I received a voicemail that said my reservation was being canceled due to a private event - no manager called to try to accommodate me in any other way/... read more
I don’t generally leave bad reviews, but today was especially painful as it is my wife’s birthday. She wanted to try this restaurant for brunch and invited her parents and brother along with us. We arrived with a reservation at 12:30 and were seated right away at a table with a “Happy Birthday” tag. A young man brought some water about 10mins after we sat down, and a waitress took our orders right after.
