They installed my new heat pump system professionally and completed the work on time. We had Restart do a complete replacement of our HVAC system to a Mitsubishi heat pump while renovating our house. They removed the old furnace, AC compressor, all ducts, and installed the heat pump in a new location, as well as the air handler in the attic and all new vents and ducts. Alex was the main installer and he was absolutely fantastic - very helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done how we wanted. After my AC unit broke, I was able to make an appointment right away and Georgy came to my home promptly. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, explained the considerations and costs, and repaired my unit in minutes. He also discussed what things to look out for in the future so I would know when to call him for help. Everything got done quickly and my AC is back and working well again! Thank you!
