Worst doctors office in the Bronx. Extremely unprofessional and if you plan on waiting over 4 hours after making an appointment to visit a doctor and still have not seen the doctor this is the best place for you. I hand them a sample referral letter and almost waited 3 hours for them not to give it to me and then telling me to come On the Monday to collect it. Doctors are nice, patient, and caring. Highly recommend.
Not what it use to be when Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Rounak was there. The quality of care have gone to the dogs. That’s how they make us the patient’s feel. The medical assistance are unprofessional and rude. Time to find a doctor’s office that really cares about their patients.
