I had such a lovely massage from Kacie today. I went in with a load of stress and left with it lifted. She's so present and intentional with every thing she's doing during the massage and her calm presence and slow pacing was just what I needed. Thank you, Kacie!
Highly recommend Kacie at Rest Massage! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, gifted with her hands, and provides a very relaxing and healing experience. Beyond the massage, she suggested specific physical exercises and products that I hadn't heard of before, which have been incredibly effective.
